Inept app. It replaces the icon with another icon (ugly) which has "DEMO" written on it in red block letters.
The files I have tested (.pdf and .tif) all got BIGGER after using this nuisance.

Very useful, if you have hudge image archives and need to remove mini-icons done by some software. then leopard´s cover flow can generate its best previews.
I was very happy to find this fast atble app. even corrupted JPGs didn't stop thumbnailer executing.

No, it doesn't. Thumbnailers key feature is a command line tool, which allows generating icons without user intervention, on the server etc.
